| Bristol Helicopters was
established at Bristol International Airport in 1992 by Mike Pheby.
Since then, the company has trained many pilots who have obtained
their licences and continue to fly for either business or pleasure.
Astra Helicopters was established
in 2000 to offer pilot training in the M4 corridor, Swindon and Cotswolds
area. Its operational base is
conveniently situated at Kemble airfield.
We own two new Robinson R22 Beta II (2 seat) helicopters, which
are fully equipped with the latest GPS,
avionics and night flying
equipment.

We also operate a Robinson

Ranger and Hughes 500.
Further
courses in Mountain and Night flying are available and each
year we join Heli-Meets abroad in locations such as Paris and Monaco.
